We would just like to take a moment to let you know that SATORI JOURNEYS prioritizes your personal safety. When it comes to working with Plant medicines like Ayahuasca and San Pedro it is important to be in an environment that supports you, we have both worked personally with our Shamans many times and trust them implicitly.

Our Ayahuasca Shamans come from the Sacred Valley Tribe in Pisac, they are well known and respected for their amazing ceremonies, we work with Jean who has been working with master plants such as Ayahuasca and Iboga for a long time and is very experienced. His Icaros (medicine songs) are ethereal, they are so beautiful. You can read more here:

Our San Pedro (Washuma) Shamans are more private and they do not promote themselves online. In fact, they don’t need to: people find them via word of mouth, and they are very highly respected in the community. They have decades of experience, and we love working with these beautiful people every time we go to Peru. They always hold their ceremonies in safe and incredibly beautiful spaces; even one ceremony with them is guaranteed to be deep, life-affirming and filled with love and awe.

A San Pedro ceremony comes with an amazing medicine walks and we have been blessed to experience many beautiful ruins and hikes during these times, singing mantras, making coca leaf offerings to the Earth and much more, so amazing every time.

We have done our research, and we would like to take this opportunity to say do your own research too before committing to any plant medicines. If you are thinking about working with these master plants outside of our retreat, it is important to know who and what you are working with, and to see if these are things that would be beneficial for your Journey. If you are planning on working with these master plants use your intuition and trusted guidance when choosing where to go and which Shaman to work with. Also seek any professional medical advice regarding your health and safety before embarking on this Journey.

Our Shamans are committed to giving you the best possible experience and we are too, we believe that maintaining a safe space for our Journeyers to experience healing through energy therapies, yoga, meditation, diet and plant medicine is so important. The safer you feel the more you can relax into the Journey, make amazing life-long connections and really allow deep healing to manifest.
